Out of the mind, into the body, and in touch with what truly matters

Focusing is a way to listen to the wisdom of your body.

In this two-day foundational training, you will learn how to be present with gentle, curious attention to what is alive within you. You will discover how this often creates space for movement or fresh perspectives. You will also learn how to guide yourself or another person through this process, so you can continue to integrate it into your life after the training.

Focusing has brought me comfort, hope, and trust in moments when words failed me. It taught me the value of simply “being with” and how silence and attention often open space for new insights. For me, focusing is like coming home to myself.

With this training, I want to offer you the same space: a place to explore your inner world as a source of strength. You will learn how to be with what is, with everything that arises. From there, space can emerge for movement, for perspective, for your unique path.

This training is for anyone who wants to deepen their connection with themselves.

About me:
I am Ann Lambert, a clinical psychologist, contextual behavioural therapist, and focusing trainee. In my practice, ‘Onder Ons’, I work from the question: “How are you, really?” Focusing helps me to deepen this process: out of the mind, into the body and in touch with what truly matters.
